21st Century Leaders funding to CNCF supported the Reintegration School founded by the Christina Noble Children's Foundation in Ulaanbaatar which provides informal education, in compliance with the official curriculum, to CNCF-sponsored children and two other children who have found themselves excluded from the State system.
21st Century Leaders funding has also supported the operational needs of their First Aid Medical Station in Dong Nay Province, South Vietnam. The most commonly treated illnesses at the First Aid Medical Station are malaria, diarrhoea, cholera, gastrointestinal infection and dysentery. It also serves the mothers of Gia Canh Village, providing both pre-natal and post-natal care. Staff at the medical station also provide preventative services, including education on the importance of personal sanitation and good health.
This project provides support to approximately 1400 people every year.

Christina Noble Children's Foundation received £7,940 in 2006, £20,310 in 2007, £20,492 in 2008, £14,752 in 2009, £48,317 in 2010 (Total of £73,112) from an anonymous corporate donor, initially introduced to Charlotte di Vita MBE by HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne and then introduced to Christina Noble Children's Foundation.

The Christina Noble Children's Foundation is an International Partnership of people dedicated to serving underprivileged children with the hope of helping each child maximise their life potential. Their programmes in Vietnam and Mongolia seek to protect children at risk of economic and sexual exploitation, while ensuring these and other children in need have access to basic care and educational opportunities.
The programmes include: emergency and long-term medical care, nutritional rehabilitation, educational and vocational training and job placement. This is accomplished within the context of the family and the community whenever possible, and always with love and respect for the dignity of each child as an individual.
